| Green Derby Catering is owned and operated by Mark and Tricia Haller. Mark is a third generation family member of the Haller family that owns the well reputed and historic Green Derby Restaurant. Mark is a cook at the Green Derby Restaurant as well. Tricia, his wife and partner, also cooks, and bakes for Green Derby Catering, as well as keeping up the book keeping and administrative end of the business. |
