Mark and Tricia Haller. Mark is a third generation
family member of the Haller family that owned the well
reputed and historic Green Derby Restaurant. Mark
was the head chef at the Green Derby Restaurant
and uses only the original family Green Derby recipes
in his cooking. Tricia, his wife and partner, also cooks,
and bakes for Green Derby Catering, as well as
keeping up the administrative end of the business.
Mark and Tricia realize that many of their catering
customers will compare their food quality and taste to
